First high-end co-work space in Wroclaw, combining the elegant assumptions of the building's architects MPP Maćków Pracownia Projektowa with the atmosphere of the old town located on the Odra River and the adapted building
of the former Faculty of Pharmacy
The aim of the project was to create a high quality workspace, combining the elegant design intent of the building’s designers with the atmosphere of the Old Town. The interiors of this unique building are designed in light, warm tones, with a dominant form of glass installation in pharmaceutical glass. The undulating elements give the interiors a unique texture, not only in the installations above the communal area, but also in the subtle, soft curtains that adorn virtually every room. Their vertical arrangement emphasises the height and scale of the space, as well as the harmonious proportions of the interior. One of the curtains, in the communal area, is a modern twist on the library bookcase theme. Its openwork design adds lightness to the interior, while clear vertical divisions emphasise the verticality of the space.
The individual offices are separated by high glass walls, allowing light to flood into the central co-working area.

The interiors of this unique building are designed in light, warm tones, with a dominant form of glass installation in pharmaceutical glass. This unique material not only relates to the history of the department, but also creates a dialogue with the ochre façade of the original building.
The colour of the glass also creates a dialogue between the modern interior and the ochre façade of the existing building. The undulating texture of the glass reflects the shapes of the nearby river, the Oder.

The development of the interior design took place in parallel with the graphic design of LABO, all branding was developed with @hartstudio.pl The visual identity and wayfinding system were subtly woven into the interior design, guiding users and complementing the space, contributing to the comfort of both regular and occasional users of the office space.
